聚丙烯管材专用料热稳定性研究

摘要 采用热重分析仪(TG)分析了国内外几种典型的聚丙烯管材专用料的热降解稳定性,并对这几种聚丙烯管材专用料的热降解动力学进行了研究,发现这些专用料的热稳定性存在显著差异。通过对6种专用料的热降解动力学机理验证发现,聚合法生产的聚丙烯专用料的热降解机理比较相似,改性PPHB的热降解机理则较为复杂。 The thermal stabilities of six kinds of polypropylene for pipes at home and abroad are studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Friedman method is utilized to calculate the activated energies of these polypropylenes during thermal degradation. The results show that the thermal stabilities among these polypropylenes are different. It is also found that the thermal degradation mechanisms of these polypropylenes are almost similar except PPHB with more complex thermal degradation mechanism through the validation of their thermal degradation dynamic mechanisms.
