烟支松头缺嘴检测器的改进

Improvement of Cigarette-end Detector

原松头缺嘴检测器对于烟支外表面有一定的影响,且烟支误剔除率较高。改进后松头缺嘴检测器由接触式的电容检测改为非接触式的红外线检测,提高了在线检测精度,解决了检测器烟支误剔除现象。

The original cigarette-end detector for loose-end and filter-missing detection negatively affected cigarette surface, and usually had higher misrejecting rate. After the detection was changed from contact capacitance detecting to non-contact infrared, the precision of on-line detecting improved, and cigarette misrejecting was avoided.
