不同体色种群烟蚜传播CMV的效率 被引量:5

摘要 研究了不同体色种群烟蚜对CMV的传播效率和烟蚜的持毒能力。结果表明:红色和绿色种群的烟蚜,都可在0.5min时间内获毒或传毒。且传毒效率随着获毒或传毒时间的延长而提高。当获毒时间和传毒时间超过5min时,传毒效率提高幅度减缓。传毒蚜虫数量在低密度(1~5头/株)时,随着蚜虫数量的增加,传毒效率提高明显,当蚜虫数量大于5头/株时,传毒效率上升的趋势减缓。烟蚜的持毒时间在连续传毒的情况下约为25min,而在获毒后不立即进行传毒时,则持毒时间可延长至40min。因此,红色和绿色烟蚜种群的持毒能力均较弱,生产上防治CMV应采取驱蚜防病的措施。 The CMV spreading rate of red and green aphid, carrying ability of aphid were studied. The results showed that Myzus persicae, populations and the virus both red and green aphid populations could pick up or spread virus within 0.5 minutes, the spreading rate increased obviously from 0.5 to 5 minutes; after 5 minutes, the rate increased slowly. In low density (below 5 aphids per plant), the spreading rate increased obviously with the number of aphids; while the increase of spreading rate became slow when the number of aphids was more than 5 in a plant. The virus picking up time was about 25 minutes when aphids spread virus continuously; it was up to 40 minutes if aphids did not spread immediately after picking up the viruses. Therefore, the virus carrying ability of both red and green aphids was weaker, the measures of expelling aphids from where tobacco was grown should be taken for tobacco CMV control.
