摘要
本文简要说明了水工业的概念与特点,着重论述了当前水工业所面临的发展问题和解决这些问题的基本对策,强调只有解决了资金问题和体制问题,水工业才能得到持续、快速和协调的发展.
In this paper the concepts and characteristics of water industry are explained briefly and the current problems to develop water industry in this country and the basic polices to solve them are discussed emphatically. It is evident that the water industry could be developed continuously, speedily and coordinately only after the solution of a series of problems such as investment and system structure reform
