局部亚低温对脑出血病人血清S-100B蛋白的影响

摘要 目的探讨局部亚低温治疗对脑出血病人血清S-100B蛋白的影响。方法将24例脑出血患者按1∶1配对分为亚低温组(12例)和对照组(12例),应用ELISA法检测24例脑出血病人(亚低温组12例,对照组12例)血清S-100B蛋白含量,同时检测11例正常人血清S-100B蛋白含量。结果脑出血病人血清S-100B蛋白含量明显高于正常人(P<0.05);局部亚低温治疗后脑出血病人亚低温组与对照组之间血清S-100B蛋白有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论①急性脑出血病人血清S-100B蛋白水平较正常人高,因此S-100B蛋白可作为脑出血病情观察指标之一。②局部亚低温治疗能间接降低脑出血病人血清S-100B蛋白水平,从而发挥其脑保护作用。 OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of local mild hypothermia on serum S-100B protein of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. METHODES 24 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups (the mild hypothennia group and control group) by 1:1 partnership.The mild hypothermia group was 12 cases with local miht hypothemlia after routine therepy. The control group was 12 cases with routine therepy. The levels of serunl S-100B protein were analyzed by the use of ELISA assays in 24 patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Meanwhile the levels of serum S-100B protein were detected in 11 cases regular persons. RESULTS The levels of serum S- 100B protein in patients with cerehral hemon'hage are higher than the levels of regular persons. There are significant differences in the levels of serum S-100B protein after 3days' and 7 days' treatment between the mild hypothermia group and the control group (P〈 0.05, respectively) . CONCLUSIONS Local mild hypothermia therapy can decrease the levels of serum S-100B protein in patients with cerebral hemorrhage indirectly.
