摘要
目的建立麻仁丸(水蜜丸)中大黄素、大黄酚的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用迪马C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85:15);检测波长为254nm。结果大黄素的进样量在0.0194~0.2130μg、大黄酚的进样量在0.0934~1.0270μg,分别与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998、0.9999),平均加样回收率分别为101.6%和99.3%,RSD为2.0%。结论该方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于麻仁丸(水蜜丸)的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an RP-HPLC method to determine the content of emodin and chrysophanol in Marenwan. METHODS The condition of RP-HPLC was Dima C18 column; methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution (85 : 15) was used as the mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 254 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear ranging from 0. 019 4 μg to 0. 2130μg for emodin and 0. 0934μg to 1.027 0μg for chrysophanol (r=0. 999 8, 0. 999 9). The average recovery rates for emodin and chrysophanol were 101.6% and 99.3 %, and RSD was 2.0%. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Marenwan.
