反相高效液相色谱法测定麻仁丸(水蜜丸)中大黄素、大黄酚的含量

Determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Marenwan by RP-HPLC

目的建立麻仁丸（水蜜丸）中大黄素、大黄酚的反相高效液相色谱法。方法采用迪马C18柱，流动相为甲醇-0.1％磷酸溶液（85：15）；检测波长为254nm。结果大黄素的进样量在0．0194～0．2130μg、大黄酚的进样量在0.0934～1．0270μg，分别与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9998、0．9999），平均加样回收率分别为101.6％和99．3％，RSD为2．0％。结论该方法简便易行、准确可靠，可用于麻仁丸（水蜜丸）的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish an RP-HPLC method to determine the content of emodin and chrysophanol in Marenwan. METHODS The condition of RP-HPLC was Dima C18 column; methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution （85 ： 15） was used as the mobile phase; the detection wavelength was 254 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear ranging from 0. 019 4 μg to 0. 2130μg for emodin and 0. 0934μg to 1.027 0μg for chrysophanol （r=0. 999 8, 0. 999 9）. The average recovery rates for emodin and chrysophanol were 101.6% and 99.3 %, and RSD was 2.0%. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Marenwan.
