白虎汤不同配伍条件下钙离子含量变化

Content change of calcium ion in different compatibilities in White Tiger decoction

目的通过研究不同配伍条件下钙离子含量的变化,探讨白虎汤配伍规律。方法采用直接滴定法测定白虎汤中各单味药物及不同配伍组别和全方中钙离子含量。结果单味药物中,仅石膏和炙甘草中含有钙离子;当石膏与其他药物配伍合煎后,钙离子含量提高;在保持原方配伍比例条件下,全方中的钙离子含量高于其他配伍组别。结论石膏与其他药物配伍合用后,钙离子含量提高。

OBJECTIVE To determine the compatible regularity of White Tiger decoction and the content change of calcium ion in different compatibilities. METHODS We determined the content change of calcium ion in certain single drug in White Tiger decoction, in different compatibilities and in holo-formula by direct titration. RESULTS Only Gypsum Fibrosum and prepared Radix Glycyrrhizae contained calcium ion in the single drug in White Tiger decoction. The content of calcium ion was raised when Gypsum Fibrosum was compatible and decocted with other drugs. Keeping the proportion of aetio-formula, the content of calcium ion in the holo-formula was higher than those of other compatibilities. CONCLUSIONS The content of calcium ion is raised when Gypsum Fibrosum is compatile with other drugs.
