远程开放教育教学质量保证体系应由检测、分析评价、预警、反馈、自我调节五大系统组成。“导学群”学习服务体系体现了以学生为中心的理念,既是学生个别化自主学习的支持服务体系,又是远程开放教育质量保证体系的重要组成部分。我们应该充分利用自己拥有的网络条件,构建具有电大特色的远程开放教育质量保证体系,重视对教学过程的控制,不断提高远程开放教育的质量,推动人才培养质量的全面提高。

Teaching Quality Insurance System in Open Distance Education made of testing , analysis and evaluation , feedback and self--adjust. ＂Lcarners -- Guiding Group＂ service system which embodies ＂students centered＂ is a supporting system for self--learning and important part in teaching quality insurance system as well. We should use our own net efficiency and build up special teaching insurance system on TV university. We also should highlight teaching process supervising , improve teaching quality, and promote the quality of cultivating talented persons.
