摘要
我国上市公司独立董事制度实行以来,对于上市公司稳定运行和综合素质的提高发挥着巨大作用,但是仍存在着许多问题,需要进一步完善。
Since our country has put the independent trustee system into practice for the listed company, it has played an important role for the company stable movement and the synthesis quality enhancement,but still has many problems,which needs furhter to be perfected.
