Optimizing the Management and Improving the Usability of Large-scale Science Equipment

大型仪器为高校进行教学科研活动提供了先进的科学技术手段,直接推动了教学、科研的发展进程,同时大型仪器使用水平和其作用的发挥也反映某一高校科研与教学的水平。笔者根据十多年从事的大型仪器管理与使用工作实践,对如何优化大型仪器设备管理,保障教学与科研质量,提高大型仪器的使用效益,进行认真的探索与总结,提出一些见解。

Large - scale science equipment offers advanced scientific and technical means for the teaching and scientific research in the universities. It directly promotes the development of them. Meanwhile, the operating level and the extent it exerting also reflect the level of scientific research and teaching in the universities. In this paper,the reporter makes some exploration and summarization, then puts forward some opinions on how to optimize the management, improve the usability of large - scale science equipment and guarantee the quality of teaching and scientific research.
