摘要
基于经营者对国有企业的生存与发展的重要地位和作用,研究建立一个适合我国转型期的有效的经营者激励模式是目前亟需解决的一个问题。本文基于我国国有企业经营者薪酬现状分析,提出相应的解决策略及完善途经,以减少分配不合理现象和代理成本,实现有效激励。
The operators play an essential role in the survival and development of the state-owned enterprises. Therefore it is a significant problem to set up an effective mode of operator' s incentive.
