摘要
目的:建立丹桃颗粒剂中原几茶醛的含量测定方法,以控制该产品的质量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Altima C18柱 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温为35%,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(30:70),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为279 nm。结果:原儿茶醛进样量在0.040 48-0.404 8μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为100.12%,RSD为1.71%。结论: 该方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于丹桃颗粒剂的质量控制。
Objective: To estahlish a HPLC method for determinations of the content of protocatechuic aldehyde contained in Dantao granules. Methods: The assay was performed on Attima C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) by UV detector at 279 nm with methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid (30:70) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0mL/min. Results: The amount of protocatechuic aldehyde was linear with its area over the range from 0.040 48 to 0. 404 8 μg (r =0. 999 9). The average recovery and the relative standard deviation of protocatechuic aldehyde were 100. 12% and 1.71% (n=6), respectively. Conclusion: The method appeared to be sensitive, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Chinese medicine Dantao granules.
