摘要
目的:建立抑痤凝胶剂中甲硝唑和氯霉素的含量测定方法。方法:采用差示分光光度法,分别以0.1 mol/L的盐酸和水为溶剂, 278 nm和320 nm为测定波长,不经分离直接测定两组分含量。结果:被测组分的浓度与吸收度之间有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5。甲硝唑和氯霉素的平均回收率分别为99.46%和98.79%,RSD分别为0.93%和0.94%。结论:该法简便、快速、重现性好,消除了两组分之间的相互干扰,结果满意。
Objective: To establish a method to determine two components metronidazole and ehloramphenieol in Yizuo mucilages, Methods: The lwo components were determined directly by differential spectrophotometry. The solvents were 0. 1 mol/L hydrochloric acid and water. The detecting wavelengths were at 278 nm and 320 nm, respectively. Results: The result showed a good linear relationship between the concentration and the absorbance of the two components. The respective correlation coefficients were 0. 999 5. The average recovery of metronidazole and chloramphenicol were 99. 46% ( RSD = 0. 93% ) and 98.79% ( RSD = 0, 94% ), respectively. Conclusion: The method was simple, rapid and repeatable. The interference between two components each other can be eliminated and the result is reliahle.
