摘要
目的:建立醋酸洗必泰含漱剂中醋酸洗必泰的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以乙醇为溶剂,测定波长为(259±1)nm。结果:醋酸洗必泰浓度在3.0-15.0 μg/mL范围内和吸收度有良好线性关系,回归方程为A=0.060 78 C-0.001 21,r=0.999 8(n=7), 平均回收率为99.78%,RSD=0.43%(n=5)。结论:该方法灵敏度高、操作简便、专属性好、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To develope an assay method fbr the determination of chlorhexidine acetate in chlorhexidine acetate gargle by UV spectrophotometer. Methods: UV spectrophotometer was used to determine chlorhexidine acetate. The solvent was alcohol and the wavelength was (259 ± 1) nm. Results: Chlorhexidine acetate had a good linearity between 3.0 - 15.0μg/mL, the regression equation was A = 0, 060 78 C - 0. 001 21, r = 0. 999 8 ( n = 7), The average recovery was 99.78%, RSD = 0. 43% ( n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate in the quality control of chlorhexidine cetate gargle.
