摘要
目的:测定谷维素片的含量均匀度。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定含量均匀度,并提取参数进行相关的方差分析。结果:不同厂家生产的及相同厂家不同批次的谷维素片的含量均匀度参数之间均存在显著性差异(P≤0．01)。结论:建议增加该制剂的含量均匀度检查项目。
Objective： To establish a method for the determination of the content uniformity in oryzanol tablets. Methods： It was determined at the wavelength of 315 nm by spectrophotometric method. Results：Analysis of variance of the content uniformity showed that it had significant difference among different samples. Conclusion： It was necessary to add content uniformity tesl for oryzanol tablets.
