目的:研究五虎壳聚糖凝胶剂的制备方法与临床应用。方法:含挥发油的药材采用蒸馏法提取挥发油,其他药材采用水煎煮法提取, 以壳聚糖为凝胶材料制备五虎壳聚糖凝胶剂;用薄层层析法进行鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定含量。结果:该凝胶剂制备工艺简单,质量控制方法可行,临床疗效可靠。结论:该制剂符合《中国药典》凝胶剂项下有关规定。

Objective： To study the preparation ,nethod and clinical application of Wuhu chitosan gel. Methods： Distillation method was used to extract volatile oil from medical material containing volatile oil, Boil with water method cxtracl other medical materials, Chitosan was used to prepare Wuhu chitosan gel, and thin layer chromatography was used to identification, HPLC was used to determine content. Results： The preparation method is easy to do and quality control method is feasible. The clinical effect is reliable. Conclusion： The quality of the preparation accords with relevant regulations of gel preparation of China Pharmacopoeia.
