中西管理思想的解读与比照

Understanding and Comparison of Chinese and Western Management Thoughts

中西管理思想因其思想渊源、文化背景、历史传统和民族特色不同,在整体内容上和表达方式上都表现出一定的差异性。但是,中西管理思想作为人类的共同文明成果,仅仅学习和研究其差异性是不够的,还必须寻找作为中西管理思想和谐共存、沟通交流、融合会通的相似、相近或相同之处。本文通过从计划、决策、组织、激励、领导、指挥、控制这几大管理职能来解读和比照中西管理思想的相似、相近或相同之处,为西方管理思想本土化和中国管理思想走向世界提供了解读和比照的途径。

Chinese and Western management thoughts differ in content and form because of different thought origins, cultural backgrounds, historical traditions and national characteristics. We should not only study the differences between Chinese and Western management thoughts which are considered as civilized achievements of mankind, but also find out the similarities and identity which enable the two thoughts to coexist harmoniously, communicate and merge together. This article tries to research and find out some similarities and identity between the two thoughts through the following management functions- planning, policy - making, organizing, motivating, lending, commanding and controlling. The understanding will help to find out the general laws of management of mankind. It also provides the method of understanding and comparison for Western thoughts to be accepted in China and for Chinese management thoughts to go to the world.
