库尔勒香梨试管微体嫁接技术的研究

Study on Technology of Micrografting of Korla Fragrant Pear

探讨了香梨试管微体嫁接技术,在嫁接方式中,以劈接效果最佳,其嫁接难度最低、成活率最高。在培养基中附加IBA 0.5mg/L时,微嫁接苗的成活率最高,将接穗和砧木用抗氧化剂和IBA的混合液作浸渍预处理,效果不佳。

The technology of rnicrcgrafting of Korla Fragrant Pear was investigated in this thesis. On the basis of long - term experiments, the cleft grafting was confirmed as the best result of all grafting methods. Because there is no many difficulties to graft and the survival percent of scedling will be enhanced.
