2002年～2004年我院中药注射剂的应用状况及趋势分析

Analysis on Status Quo and Tendency of Chinese Materia Medica Injection Used in Our Hospital during 2002～2004

目的：评估我院中药注射剂的应用状况。方法：对我院2002～2004年中药注射剂的用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、日均用药金额（DDDc）等进行统计、分析。结果：中药注射剂3年的用药金额逐年增长，年增长率分别为29．7％和32．3%；心脑血管类中药注射剂用药金额及DDDs3年中排序稳居首位，且在较高起点上连年攀升；DDDc以抗肿瘤类中药注射剂最高；单品种用药金额排序血塞通3年内均稳居首位。结论：中药注射剂用量快速增长，显示其需求市场较大。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the drug use status of Chinese materia medlca injection （CMMI） in our hospital. METHODS： Chinese materia medica injection （CMMI） used in our hospital from 2002 to 2004 was analyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum, defined daily dose（DDDs） and the average daily consumption sum（DDDc） . RESULTS： The consumptlon sum of CMMI in 3 years increased year by year with annual increase rates of 29.7% and 32.3%, respectively. The cardio- cerebral vascular CMMI steadily dominated the first place in terms of consumption sum and DDDs in 3 years with a steady increase year by year from a high starting point. The DDDc of antitumor CMMI ranked the toppest. As for the consumption sum for single variety, xuesaitiong steadily ranked the first place in 3 years. CONCLUSION ： The fast increase of the consumption of CMMI shows that it has a great market demand.
