2004年北京市4种常用口服降糖药物质量分析

Quality Analysis on 4 Kinds of Common Oral Antidiabetics in Beijing Drug Market in 2004

目的评价2004年北京市的口服降糖药物的质量,为生产企业、患者和质量监督管理部门提供参考。方法对2004年北京市药品市场应用普遍的236件口服降糖药物格列本脲片、格列喹酮片、盐酸二甲双胍片和盐酸苯乙双胍片进行抽验并作质量分析。结果不合格者4件,不合格率为1.7%。结论2004年北京市销售的4种常用口服降糖药物整体质量较好。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the quality of antidiabctics in Beijing so as to provide the reference for pharmaceutical manufacturers, patients and governmental departments of drug control. METHODS： 236 package samples of 4 kinds of common oral antidiabetics（glibenclamide, gliquidonc, metformin, and phenformin） in Beijing medicine market were randomly selected and analyzed. RESULTS： 4 samples were found to be unqualified, with the disqualification rate of 1.7% .CONCLUSION：The quality of 4 kinds of common oral antidiabetics in Beijing medicine market in 2004 is satisfactory on the whole.
