摘要
目的分析蒌蒿地上部分的挥发油成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,运用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法对蒌蒿地上部分挥发性成分进行分析,用气相色谱面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果经毛细管色谱分离出52个峰,并鉴定出各峰所对应的化合物。其主要化学成分为α—石竹烯(8.245%)、10,10—二甲基—2,6—二亚甲基二环[7.2.0]十一烷—5—β—醇(7.089%)、6,10,14—三甲基—2—十五碳酮(5.199%)、氧化石竹烯(4.808%)等。结论本研究可为进一步开发利用蒌蒿提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical compositions of the volatile oil on the overground parts of India wormwood herbs.METHODS: The chemical compositions of the volatile oil of the overground parts of India wormwood herbs extracted by wet distillation were analyzed by capillary GC MS method and the relative component percentage of each component was determined by GC area normalization method.RESULTS: 52 peaks were separated by capillary GC MS and their corresponding compounds were identified .The main chemical compositions were as follows:α-Caryophyllene (8.245%); 10, 10-Dimethyl-2,6-dimethylenebicyclo[7.2.0] undecane-5-β-alcohol (7.089%);6,10,14-trimethyl-2-Pentadecanone (5.199% ); Caryophyllene oxide(4.808% ), etc.CONCLUSION: This study can be served as a scientific basis for the further exploitation and utilization of India wormwood herbs.
