竹荪托盖液对^(60)Co照射大鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨竹荪托盖液对60Co辐射损伤大鼠免疫功能的修复作用。方法将36只被60CO辐射过大白鼠分为3组,分别为竹荪托盖液组,转移因子组和空白对照组,30d后断颈采血测免疫球蛋白、T细胞亚群、IL-2和自然杀伤细胞,并解剖取胸腺和脾脏,计算胸腺指数和脾脏指数,对比分析竹荪托盖液对辐射损伤大鼠免疫功能的修复作用。结果竹荪托盖液组与转移因子组脾脏明显增大,和空白组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM、CD3+、CD4+、和CD16与转移因子组和空白组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);Il-2和CD8+与转移因子组比较无统计学意义,与空白组比较有较大差异(P<0.05)。结论竹荪托盖液对辐射损伤大鼠免疫功能有较好的修复作用。 [ Objective ] To investigate the effect of zhusuntuogai ye on immunity of damaged rats by radiation. [Medthods] 60 male rats were irradiated by 60^Co-γ 300CGY (55 CGY/min 6'6"). Then the rats were randomly divided into three groups: zhushuntuogai ye group, transfer factor group, vacanly control group, The rats were drended begin second day. After 30 days, The blood chest immune target, on the same time gland and spleen was detected. [Results] The chest gland and spleen of zhusuntuogai ye groups rats and transfer factor group are obvious increase. Zhusuntuogai ye group, vacancy conteol group and intransfer factor group have obviouse diversity ( P 〈0.01, P〈0.05), There were obvious difference between Zhusuntuogai ye group and intransfer factor group about IgA, IgG, IgM. CD3^+, CD4^+, CD16 (P〈0.05). There were not difference between Zhusuntuogai ye group and transfer factor group about IL-2. and CD8^+, but the difference are signifant between Zhusuntuogai ye group and vacancy control group. [Conclusions] Zhusuntuogai ye can increase index of chest gland and spleen, on the same, it can increase immunity of damaged rats by radiation.
