透光法静脉切除术治疗下肢静脉曲张

Transilluminated powered phlebectomy (TriVex^(TM)) for treatment of varicosis of great saphenous vein of lower limbs

目的:总结透光法静脉切除术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床经验。方法2003年6月￣2004年1月对30例41条肢体静脉曲张患者在硬膜外麻醉下采用TriVex系统,在带灌注冷光源导引下,行微创透光法静脉切除术。结果所有患者术后恢复良好,静脉溃疡愈合,色素沉着逐渐消退,皮下淤血在4～8周内消退,无任何并发症。结论该术式操作简便,能去除曲张静脉,创伤小,缩短了手术时间及住院时间,且具有美容效果,具有临床推广运用价值。

[Objective] To sum up clinical experience on Transilluminated powered phlebectomy （TriVexTM） for the treatment of varicosis of the great saphenous vein of the lower limbs, [Method] Thirty patients （41 limbs） with varicosis of the great saphenous vein received TriVex operations under spinal anesthesia from Jun. 2003 to Jan 2004, [Result] All the patients recovered after operation with venous ulcers being healed. And there were no intraoperative and postoperative complications among the whole patients. [Conclusion] The new surgical device is easy to operate,minimally invasive,efficacious and time saving with satisfactory results,and a perfect cosmetic outcome might be reached. The procedure proves to be a new, safe and efficient technique for minimal invasive varicose vein surgery.
