摘要
以某石化公司新建的一条通用催化剂生产线为背景,介绍间歇过程设计需要遵守的SP88标准和此间歇控制系统的软硬件配置。深入分析TPB(Total P lant Batch)软件功能体系,给出能完成多种成品催化剂制备要求的一个间歇过程控制系统设计和实现方法,并在实际中得到了成功应用。
SP88 Standard for Batch Control is introduced for a generic catalyst production line of a Petrochemical Corporation. The configuration of the system hardware and software is given. Composing and function of TPB software is analyzed. Batch process control system with TPB is finished and the production is proved to be successful for multiform finished catalyst.
