摘要
NURBS曲线实时插补算法基于轮廓误差和进给加速度分析。包括插补数据预处理,求坐标进给量以实现插补,轮廓误差和进给加速度控制采用对分法预估插补点及插补性能分析。其插补数据预处理用矩阵表示,以避免每步插补的重复递推,从而求出相应曲线参数。
The algorithm for real-time interpolation of NURBS curve is on the base of profile error and acceleration analysis. The steps as follows: the pretreatment of interpolation data, interpolation algorithm achieved by calculating feed quantity of coordinate, profile error control, acceleration control for feeding quantity, interpolation points pre-evaluated by using bisection, and analysis of interpolation performance. The pretreatment of the interpolation data is expressed with matrix method to avoid the repeated recursion for interpolation in every step, and relative curve parameters are calculated.
