摘要
提出了固定家畜多个不相连锁显性性状的“全同胞交配:全同胞家系选择”育种体系,并推导出其育种进度公式。该体系比随机交配下的全同胞家系选择更为有效;当家系较大时,其育种进度与“多元测交”相当,且简单易行,育种成本低,世代间隔缩短。本文最后讨论了该育种体系在家畜育种中的应用。
For the fixation of multiple dominant characters in domestic animals,“full-sib mating: full-sib family selection”system was proposed and its corresponding formulae on breeding progress were developed in the present paper.Results showed that, the breeding progress of this system was always greater than that of“random-mating:full -sib family selection”system’and similar to that of“multiple testcross”system when full-sib family was large.However,this system was simpler in application with much smaller breeding cost and shorter generation interval than the“multiple testcross”system.
