摘要
田扬顺张春玲李素兰刘玉赵海波黄高升刘健目的:探讨卵巢移行细胞肿瘤临床与病理特点。方法:分析18例卵巢移行细胞肿瘤患者的临床资料、病理检查并随访其发病规律与特点。结果:11例良性Brenner瘤及1例交界性Brenner瘤随访6～25年均健在,4例恶性Brenner瘤随访4～5年健在,1例移行细胞癌(期)术后2.5年健在,另1例(期)术后3月死亡。结论:良性与交界性Brenner瘤预后良好,恶性Brenner瘤及移行细胞癌属恶性,预后多不良。
Objective： To explore the clinical and pathological characteristics in ovarian transitional cell tumour. Methods： The clinical data of 18 cases of ovarian transitional cell tumour were analyzed and studied by pathological examination. The cases were followed up for the incidence of the tumour and its characteristics. Results： Eleven cases of Brenner tumour and one case of proliferating Brenner turnout are still alive after 6-25 years. In addition, 4 cases of malignant Brenner turnout and one case of stage transitional cell carcinoma Ⅰ are alive （4 - 5 years and 2 years post operation, respectively）. Another case of transitional cell carcinoma, stage Ⅲ ,died 3 months after the operation. Conclusion： The prognosis is good in benign and proliferating Brenner turnout, and poor in malignant Brenner turnout and in transitional cell carcinoma.
