香料二环己基二硫醚合成产物的鉴别与分析

摘要 由氯代环己烷二硫化可以合成新型香料二环己基二硫醚,采用气-质联用对反应液进行定性分析,得到了硫化反应液中原料和主副产物组分的结构式;采用耐高温的SE-54弹性毛细管柱对反应液进行气相色谱定量分析,各组分分离的峰形良好,形成了二环己基二硫醚合成研究和生产控制的分析方法。该方法可以克服碘量法只能测定总硫量的缺陷。 Dicyclohexyldisulfide as a new flavor was synthesized by means of disulfurization reaction of chlorocyclohexane. The qualitative analysis of reaction product mixture was processed by GC - MS, and the structural formula of components in reaction products was obtained. The quantitative analysis of reaction product mixture was carried out by GC using heat - resisting elastic capillary column SE - 54. The peak shape of components in the chromatograph looks well. Thus, the analysis method for synthesis experiment and production control of synthesis process of dicyclohexyldisulfide is established. This method overcomes the defficency of iodometric method which can be used to determine the total sulfur content only.
