本文对国内外预应力混凝土结构抗震性能研究成果进行了分析和总结，得出了设计合理的预应力混凝土结构具有良好的抗震性能，并可在中等地震烈度区推广应用的初步结论；提出了预应力混凝土结构抗震设计建议方法．

In this paper, author analyzes and summarizes lots of research results,which have been obtained at home and abroad on seismic behaviors of prestressed concrete structures,analysis results show that prestressed concrete structures have better seismic behaviors when designed rationally, and proposed that prestressed concrete structures can be accepted for use in medium seismic, author provides a seismic design recommendation method for prestressed concrete structures.
