MMP-2、CD147蛋白在大肠癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and significance of MMP-2 and CD147 protein in colorectal carcinoma

目的探讨MMP-2、CD147蛋白在大肠癌中的表达及其意义。方法采用SP免疫组织化学法检测45例大肠癌石蜡标本中MMP-2、CD147蛋白的表达及其临床意义。结果45例大肠癌中MMP-2的阳性率为42·22%(19/45),CD147的阳性率为53·33%(24/45),两者的阳性表达均与大肠癌的浸润深度、Dukes分期和淋巴结转移有关;大肠癌中MMP-2和CD147的表达具有相关性。结论MMP-2和CD147蛋白的高表达与大肠癌浸润转移、病理分期有关,两者联合检测可作为评估大肠癌预后的生物学指标之一。

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of MMP-2 and CD147 protein in colorectal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect MMP-2 and CD147 protein expression in 45 patients with colorectal carcinoma. Results The positive rates of MMP-2 and CD147 protein in colorectal carcinoma were 42.22% and 53.33% respectively. A strong correlation was found between MMP-2 and CD147 protein expression and tumor infiltration, Dukes stage and lymphonode metastasis. MMP-2 expression was correlated with CD147. Conclusion The high expression of MMP-2 and CD147 protein is related to the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. Their positive expression may be used as one of the markers for predicting the prognosis of patients.
