大鼠眼挫伤后视网膜BDNF及其受体TrkB的表达

摘要 目的探讨眼挫伤后视网膜脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及其受体-酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体B(TrkB)的表达。方法重击法致2个月龄SD雄性大鼠眼挫伤,伤后1、4、7、14d分别取材,冰冻切片,免疫组化检测BDNF和TrkB,并与正常同龄大鼠视网膜BDNF和TrkB相比较。结果正常同龄大鼠视网膜有少量BDNF和TrkB表达;而挫伤眼,在伤后不同的时间有不同程度的BDNF和TrkB表达增加。结论眼挫伤后视网膜BDNF和TrkB表达增加,说明BDNF和TrkB参与眼挫伤后视网膜的修复过程。 Objective To study the expressions of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and TrkB in rat retina after eye contusion. Methods The eye contusions were made by modified Allen's falling strike in two-month old male SD rats. The contused eyes were taken on the 1 st, 4 th, 7 th and 14 th day after contusion respectively. Frozen retina slices were made and the expressions of BDNF and TrkB in rat retinas were tested with immunohistochemistry method. The different BDNF and TrkB expressions of retina slices from different time points after contusions were compared with those from nomal eyes. Results A little BDNF and TrkB expressed in nomal rat retinas. The increases of BDNF and TrkB expressions in contused eye retinas were found to different extent on the days after contusions. Conclusion The expressions of BDNF and TrkB are increased in contused eye retinas,and BDNF and TrkB are involved in the course of retina renpairment of contused eye.
