摘要
采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法建立了10个不同山茱萸样品的中药指纹图谱(TCMF).对所获得的指纹图谱信息进行了数据化处理;用色谱峰重叠率定量地对10个样品的指纹图谱进行了相似性评价,其重叠率均大于85.4%.在此基础上用模糊聚类中的几何平均最小法定性地对10个样品进行了分类和鉴别,其相似性的相关系数为0.927时,全部样品可归为一类.通过HPLC指纹图谱、色谱峰重叠率和模糊聚类分析,建立了控制山茱萸药材质量的新方法,该法为中药样品的鉴定和质量控制提供了依据,并为HPLC在复杂组分样品的分析领域开拓了新的应用途径.
The traditional Chinese medicine fingerprints (TCMF) of 10 different cornus officinalis were presented with reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPI.C). The signals of TCMF were numerically processed. The similarity assessment was carried out quantitatively by the overlap ratio of chromatographic peaks, and the overlap ratio was over 85.4%. Thus, the samples were qualitatively classified and identified by the minimum method of geometric mean in fuzzy cluster analysis. When the correlative coefficient of comparability reached to 0. 927, the samples were considered to belong to the same type. The new method of quality control for cornus officinalis was proposed with HPLC fingerprint, the overlap ratio of chromatographic peaks and fuzzy cluster analytical method, which enables to provide a scientific basis for the identification and quality control of traditional Chinese medicine, and to develop a new HPLC application in sample analysis with complex components.
