摘要
在大型CAD系统软件的基础上,通过两次开发的手段建立电动汽车三维总布置设计系统,包括动力系统设计、底盘布置、数据库、性能分析计算等,使底盘的设计与性能分析在同一环境下进行,并且系统保持UG原有的界面风格,从而实现总布置设计、分析计算过程的集成与高度计算机化,提高电动汽车底盘总布置设计效率。
Based on the large - scale CAD systematical software, 3 - dimension general layout design system of electric vehicle is established by means of secondary development, which includes the dynamic system design, chassis layout, database, performance analysis calculation etc.. The design system can deal with chassis design and performance analysis at the same time without changing the original interface style of UG. Hence, the corpus and highly computerization of general layout's design, analysis and calculation process can be realized and the efficiency of general layout design of electric vehicle's chassis can be greatly improved.
