摘要
不改变测压装置结构,在1135柴油机上进行了缸压曲线、燃烧放热率曲线误差修正研究。使用AVL燃烧分析仪进行试验,摸索出不同的去除噪声的方法的变化规律。在综合效果较好的条件下,对数字滤波、均值滤波进行对比试验。试验证明:用AVL燃烧分析仪的Concerto软件可以采用线性滤波(数字滤波)和非线性滤波(均值滤波)的方法,对燃烧曲线的误差修正采用均值滤波进行误差处理,其效果比数字滤波更好,用其来计算其他参数,结果更准确。
Without changing the structure of measuring pressure apparatus, the error correcting of in-cylinder pressure curve and burning and heat release rate curve are researched in 1135 diesel engine. The paper uses AVL burning analyzer to experiment and probe into altering rule of different methods for reducing noise. The colligated effect is good. In this condition it compares mean value filter and digital filter, The experiment shows that using concerto software of AVL burning analyzer we can adopt mean value filter and digital filter method to correct the error of burning curve, the effect of mean value filter is better than digital filter and if we use it to calculate other parameters, the result is more accurate.
