摘要
为提高涡轮式分级机的分级精度和分级效率,研究了不均匀气流速度场和团聚对它们的影响,分别建立了两种影响的数学模型.研究表明,分级机结构是影响分级精度的决定性因素,而团聚则严重影响较细颗粒的分级效率,导致所谓的“鱼钩效应”.文中理论可用于指导分级机的设计和粉体的制备.
To improve the classifying efficiency,this paper studies the influence of agglomeration and the non-uniformity of classifying air velocity field,builds a mathematical model for them.It indicates that classifying efficiency depends mainly on classifier structure,while agglomeration produces a great impact on classification of fine powders,and leads to fish-hook effect.
