摘要
在深入了解纤维束过滤机理和总结现有各种纤维柬过滤器优缺点的基础上。通过长纤维过滤与传统石英砂过滤的对比试验,详细论述了长纤维过滤较之石英砂过滤的技术特点与性能优势.试验结果表明:与传统石英砂过滤(滤速8~10m/h,过滤周期16—20h,出水浊度0.5NTU左右)相比,长纤维过滤最大滤速可达55m/h以上,各种滤速下过滤周期均大于50h,周期内出水浊度稳定在0.2NTU以下,且纳污量大,反冲洗彻底,运行稳定,展现了良好的应用前景.
On the ground of comprehending the mechanism of fiber filtering and the characteristic of other fiber-filters, the characteristic and the function of long-fiber filtering was studied by the comparison between long-fiber filtering and sand filtering in this article. The results show that, comparing with sand filtering(8 -10 m/h filtering velocity, 16 -20 h filtering period and about 0.5 NTU effluent), the filtering velocity of long-fiber filtering reach more than 55 m/h, and the turbidity of the effluent of long-fiber filtering is always below 0. 2 NTU with more than 50 h filtering period. Long-fiber filtering has great ability to filter water and can be back-flushed thoroughly. So the application of long-fiber filtering has a bright future.
