摘要
灯泵望远镜非稳腔巨脉冲YAG激光器的远场光束发散角被精确测量,该非稳腔采用硬边输出镜,其输出平行光束,经过一长焦距的凹面镜,聚焦衰减后照射到CCD上,拍摄得到焦平面的光斑像。在计算机中用图像处理方法求出光斑的大小,再计算发敞角。
A divergence angle of a telescopic unstable resonator of gigantic pulse YAG laser pumping with lamp is accurately measured. The laser beam outputting from the Hard-Edge mirror is focalized by a long focus mirror and attenuated before irradiating the CCD camera. The diameter of facula can be calculated by image process on computer, then we can get the value of divergence angle through formula.
