摘要 多用途光栅的使用可以尽可能减少光学系统中的元件数量,降低系统光路的复杂程度,有利于光束质量的保证。本文介绍了这种光栅的性质,利用严格耦合波方法等方法模拟计算了多用途光栅的主要光学性质,如聚焦特性、衍射效率等。通过计算得出光栅的多项功能都能满足使用要求。 In the ICF driver system the mulfitask gratings is employed to reduce the complexity of the optical system. In this paper, the characteristics of this kind of gratings are introduced. And to analyze the optical character of the mulfitask gratings, such as the focus ability, the diffraction efficient; the strict coupling wave method is used. The calculation results show that all the function of the multitask gratings are good enough to fit the requirement of the ICF system.
