摘要
针对PHILIPSPW1700X射线衍射代软件系统的特殊性,从X射线衍射的基本原理出发,对该仪器所特有的分析类型、实施要点进行了阐述、剖析和处理,建立了一套行之有效的物相定量分析制度.为完善原软件系统的数据处理方式,文中提出的数据计算和处理途径,使测定结果更为接近客观实际.
The X-ray quantitative analysis is a means of phase analysing qenerally used at home and abroud. What kind of handle fashion will be used for different X-ray diffraction systems to obtain a satisfactory result is the technical key that must be solved. This paper expounded the X-ray quantitative analysis principle, and steped from philips APD software system,as well as researched into matrix flushing method emphatically and achieved the desired results. In this paper,the authors put forward a new improved proposal for the method of calculation and data processing in philips APD software system.
