摘要 目的:研究高功率绿光半导体激光器在动物试验中的应用效果。方法:应用高功率绿光半导体激光器和Nd.YAG激光器对两组动物实验观察。结果:高功率绿光半导体激光器的组织气化时间是Nd:YAG激光器的I/8,组织穿透深度是Nd;YAG激光器的1/10,组织间照射后平均凝固范围是Nd:YAG激光器的2倍。连续30次内镜下气化组织试验,对内镜器械无损伤。结论:高功率绿光半导体激光器组织汽化和凝固效果佳,安全性好,疗效好,效率高,在医学领域中有着广泛的应用前景。 Objective:To study the applied effects of high power green light semiconductor laser in the animal experimentation. Methods:The two series animal experimentation observation are done in random by Nd: YAG diode laser or high power green light semiconductor diode laser. Results:The tissue vaporization time rate of high power green light semiconductor diode laser and Nd: YAG diode laser is found to be 1/8,the tissue penetrating depth rate is found to be 1/10,and the average solidification range after lighting tissue is found to be 2/1 ,high power green light semiconductor diode laser is not found to damage the endoscopy appliance.Conclusion:High power green light semiconductor diode lser has good tissue vaporization and coagulation.safety.good therapeutic effects, efficiency,it has a wide application in the medical science.
