耳廓断裂伤的早期处理

The early treatment of auricular trauma of breakage

目的:探讨耳廓断裂伤的早期处理与再植成活的方法。方法:对64例(耳)例耳廓断裂伤病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:53例(耳)经修复及再植后完全成活,温度及感觉正常,外观良好,成活率为82.8%。9例(耳)部分成活,占全部患耳的14.1%。2例(耳)失败,遗留明显耳廓畸形,以后行Ⅱ期耳廓整形术,占全部患耳的3.1%。结论:对耳廓断裂伤,根据不同的损伤程度及范围,及早选择不同的修复及再植方法,术后注意控制感染,促进微循环建立,是提高疗效的关键。

Objective： To explore the early treatment of auricular trauma of breakage. Methods： We analyzed the clinical date of 64 cases of auricular trauma of breakage. Results： Because of the early reparation, 53 auriculae of patients were alive again. The ratio of success was 82.8 %. The temperature, sense and appearance of the auriculae were normal. 9 cases of auriculae were alive partially. The ratio was 14.1%. 2 cases of auriculae were defeated. The ratio was 3.1%. Conclusion： Acconting to the range and degree of the trauma, we should choose a reparation correctly, control the injection and accelerate the setting up of the micro-circulation of the wounded auricula. It is the key point to improve the effects.
