摘要
本文报道采用花培技术育成籼型光敏不育系Hs-1的选育研究,包括短光敏和低温敏相结合的育种目标的提出依据、育种技术路线和选育经过.人工气候箱和自然光温条件鉴定结果表明,Hs-1的育性具有明显的光敏特性,临界光长较短(12.5-12.0h)、临界温度较低(<23.1℃).根据形态分类结果,Hs-1归属籼型(6分).Hs-1基本营养生长性较强,播始天数88-109d;经济性状。
A photoperiod senstive genic male sterile rice Hs 1,bred by anther culture,has been released recently.Here we described the breeding procedure in detail,including a proposed breeding objective and its theoritical basis.It showed that the fertility transformation of Hs 1 was mainly controlled by daylength under both nature actificial climate conditions.The daylength and average day temperature for fertility transformation induction were arroud 12.5 h and lower than 23.1℃,respectively.Based on morpholigical identification,Hs 1 was classified to indica subspecies.The days from sowing to heading of Hs 1 were 88-109 days.Its agronomic characters,outcrossing behaviors and yield combining ability were good as well.
