甘蔗抗黑穗病的数量遗传分析 被引量:6

摘要 通过黑穗病菌的人工接种,分析了甘蔗8个亲本品种及其按NCⅡ遗传设计交配的16个组合新植和宿根蔗抗病性的主要遗传参数.配合力方差分析结果,亲本一般配合力和组合特殊配合力均方都显著,揭示出甘蔗抗黑穗病遗传是由基因的加性效应和非加性效应共同控制的,但加性效应大于非加性效应,说明抗病亲本的评价和选配在甘蔗抗黑穗病育种计划中的重要性.以三种方法估算的甘蔗抗黑穗病狭义遗传力(h2N)为0.39-0.57,以二种方法计算的新植—宿根蔗的抗黑穗病重复力为0.47-0.61,意味着甘蔗对黑穗病的抗性是中度可遗传和可重复的,可以在育种早期选择阶段优选抗病株系.遗传相关分析则表明,甘蔗感病性与产量、品质组分相关不显著。 The main genetic parameters for smut resistace wereanalysed in plant cane and ratoon cane of 8 parental clones and their 16 crosses denived from NCⅡ design after th einoculation with pathogen of Ustilago scitaminea Syd. Results from andlysis of varicance of combining ability showed that both mean squares of parent GCA and cress SCA were significant, the inheritance of smut resistance was commonly contnalied by additine and non-adelitive gene effects, however, the larger additive gene effect indicated the importance of identification and seleetion for resistant parents in sugarcane breeding pragram for smut resistance. The nanrow sense henitabilites (h 2 N) for smut rsistance were 0.39-0.57 estimated by three methods, the repeatabilities for smut resistance for plant cane to ratoon were 0.47-0.61 calculated by two methods. All these values suggested that resistance to smut disease in sugarcame were moderately inheritable and repeatable, seleetion for resistant clones could be carried out in early stage of breeding program. Analysis of genetic correlation indicated that there were no correlations between smut grade and yield and quality coimponets, which mean that the smut resistant clones with higher yield and better quality could be selected in the segnegation population of pnogeny in sugarcane.
