小布什第二任期,美国对伊朗的政策依然是美国对外政策的重点。布什政府将继续推行其“新中东战略”,以伊朗“核问题”为突破口,对伊朗进行打压,试图和平演变或颠覆伊朗现政权,把它纳入美国领导下的世界政治经济新秩序。但以哈梅内伊为首的伊朗保守派坚决捍卫伊朗的“神权政治”,这是一对不可调和的矛盾。美伊关系很可能将在演变与反演变、颠覆与反颠覆中持续恶化。

During Bush＇s second term, the policy of America to Iran is also the focal point of its foreign policy. Bush administration will carry out its ＂new middle-east strategy＂ obstinately, at the breach of Iran＇s ＂nuclear problem＂, continuing to strike and oppress Iran, trying to conduct peaceful evolution or subvert Iran＇s political power, and bring Iran into the world new political and economical order led by America; but Iran＇s conservative group led by Khamenei defends Iran＇s ＂divine politics＂ firmly, which is a pair of irreconcilable contradictions. Iranian-American relations are getting worse in the areas of political evolution, anti-evolution, political subversion, and anti-subversion.
