本文从我国粮食生产与供给的水平,人口、耕地状况,国民饮食特点及国外食物结构调整的经验教训等。
According to the level of grain production and supply, population and cultivated land state, dietary characteristics of Chinese as well as the lessons and experiences of food structure adjustment in the other countries, the necessity of carrying out the food structure improvement are discussed in the article.
