摘要
用顶部将晶旋转助进剂法生长了不同掺杂Cr3+离子浓度的Cr3+:YAl3(BO3)4(Cr3+:YAB)晶体,测量了吸收和荧光光谱,测量了荧光寿命t=135μs,计算了Cr3+离子在YAB晶格场中的能级和晶场参数Dq/B=2.3,△E=778cm-1,说明Cr3+:YAB晶体为一种中阶场介质,Cr3+:YAB有望成为一种新的可调谐激光晶体。
The Cr3+:YAI3 (BO3)4(Cr3+:YAB) crystals doped with different Cr3+ ionsconcentration are grown by top seed rotation method in flux.The absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum were measured,and the luminescence lifetime of Cr3+ is 135μs. The crystal field levels were calculated according to static electronic field model. The crystal field coefficients can be calculated as Dq/B=2.3,△M=778 cm=1.It is promising that Cr3+:YAB crystal may be used as a kind of new tunable laser crystal.
