All diction skills of a foreign language depend on and influence one another. View from the psychological characters of learners, the mastery of diction skills can fall into three levels. This article is to illuminate the hinge of improving foreign language teaching is prorooting the development and movernent of those levels effectively, and the main approach is the training of the basic ability in foreign language.
