重庆市万州区农村移民安置超规划有关问题的调查与思考

The investigation and thoughts on exceeding plan problems of the allocation for countryside immigrant in Wan Zhou area, Chongqing

本文在评价万州区农村移民经验的基础上,重点对该库区农村移民超规划的问题进行了调查剖析,其目的是揭示和分析农村移民安置规划实施10年来,在执行过程中存在的主要矛盾和主要问题,并根据有关移民政策的连续性和问题突出存在的客观性,提出遗留问题解决的措施和政策性建议。

Based on the evaluation of immigrant experiences for the countryside in Wan Zhou area, this paper carries on investigation and analysis to the exceeding plan problems of countryside immigrant, whose goal is to promulgate and analyze the principal contradiction and the main problems while implementation since the 10 years during which the countryside immigrant allocation plan was carried out. According to the continuity of related immigration policy and the objectivity of existing prominent problems, the measures for solving problems that leaved behind and the policy--type suggestion are proposed.
