As a significant complement of public interview , secretive interview is more and more popular in press circles. But at the same time, it evokes people＇s dispute about its validity. Because secretive interview has its jurisprudential and legal foundation on which it exists, it is a valid rights. But it has many forbidden zones in law. Secretive interview tends to cause legal dispute, especially the privacy. So the secretive imerview must be regulated , it can be more beneficial to the development of China＇s media and society.
