摘要
本文简要论述了有机光波导结构所具有的优点,介绍了有机纤维晶体(OCCF)、有机隧道波导(OCWG)和有机平面波导(OPWG)等几种形式的波导晶体的生长方法和制备工艺。
In this paper,the advantages of organic waveguiding structure were described and the growth of various forms of waveguide(WG)crystals such as organic crystal cored fibres(OCCF),organic channel waveguides(OCWG),and organic planar waveguides(OPWG)were introduced.
